- Concentra will only provide service to employees who have an Authorization to Treat
- Employers will be billed for any workers compensation telemedicine visits just as they would be for regular clinic visits
- Employees may experience longer than usual wait time based upon volume
- Initial Visits, Rechecks and Return to Work Evaluations are included in the Telemed option
